Is there an age requirement to go on an Excursion? 

Yes, children must be 13 years old, and must bring a properly fitted life jacket.
People under 21 must be accompanied by at least one parent in the party.

Is there a bathroom on board?

No, like most boats on Lake Havasu, we have a ladder if you get my drift.
We can stop at a local bar or restaurant if there is one on the lake and close by. Public bathrooms are available at all state campground sites on the lake as well as in the Lake Havasu Channel and Pirate Cove Channel.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, we don’t allow pets as a general rule, but exceptions can be made with prior authorization by Captains Mike or Cindy Q.  

Can we smoke or Vape on Board?

NO. 

What is the capacity of the boats?

Maximum capacity is 6 paying customers. This is a US Coast Guard and commercial insurance rule. The Captain (Driver and Deck hand) is excluded from this rule.

Can we play our own music?

Yes! We have a Bluetooth stereo on board. Bring a USB power cord with you so you don’t run out of battery. We also have a USB charging port onboard.

Do you have ICE, Paper Plates, Napkins, forks, knifes and spoons onboard?

We do carry paper plates, paper towels, plastic utensils, solo cups, and coolers on board. Please bring your own drink ICE.

Can I extend my cruise?

Yes, If we don’t have another booking after your reservation. Additional fee applies.


How much should we tip our captain?

20% gratuity is automatically added to your cruise invoice? Our captains work for tips. Please let us know if there was a problem with your captain, and we can refund any prepaid gratuity.

Do you sell food or drinks?

No. Please bring your own food, beverage and drink ICE (to mix your drinks with). We do include 2 cases (48 bottles) of water in an on-board cooler, on ICE for you to use.

Do you have life jackets and first aid kit onboard?

We have 12 adult life jackets. Please bring a properly fitted life jacket for your child. We also have a basic first aid kit and 2 fire extinguishers on board.

Is there a damage deposit?

We charge your credit card for the $600 damage deposit and refund it if there is no damage to the boat after the cruise. You can use the deposit to pay the final invoice after your excursions.

Can we take out the boat without a captain?

No. Our boat is a powerboat limited to 60 miles per hour by our business insurance. Our Captains must be named on our insurance policy. Captains Mike and Cindy Q are the only Captains on our insurance currently. We know the lake and have the experience on our boat to keep you safe on the lake and river. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel 7 days prior to your reservation, you can get a full refund. Holidays and special events must be canceled 30 days prior to the reservation day. If it is raining or winds in excess of 25 MPH at your start time of your cruise, [we will credit you the full amount towards another cruise or a full refund]. The Captain can cancel the trip due to high winds or lightning prior to departure and a full refund will apply. 

The booking can be canceled within 7 days [prior to your excursion] for a full refund. There is a $250.00 charge if you cancel within 6 days of your scheduled day.

Do you have to be a hero to go on an Excursion? 

No, everyone is welcome! When you book an Excursion, we take a portion and provide educational scholarships in one of the following fields. Fire, Police, Education, Aviation, Medical and Military (Tunnel to Towers)

Do you allow dogs to go on a boat excursion? 

Yes, we do allow a dog to go on an excursion.  We charge a $125.00 fee.
