Is there an age requirement to go on an Excursion?

For the safety of all passengers and in compliance with US Coast Guard regulations, we have established the following age requirements for our Lake Havasu Standard Excursion:

Minimum Age:

There is no minimum age, but you must provide a properly fitted life jacket for any passenger under the age of 13.

Parental Accompaniment:

For guests under the age of 18, at least one parent must accompany them on the excursion

Important Note:

These age requirements are in place to adhere to USCG lifejacket regulations and ensure the safety of all passengers. Please ensure that you and your group are aware of and comply with these age requirements when planning your Lake Havasu Standard Excursion.

What should I bring for our trip?

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience on our Lake Havasu Standard Excursion, here's a list of items you should bring:

Your Favorite Drinks:

 Feel free to bring along your favorite beverages to stay refreshed during the journey. Our cooler with ice is ready to keep them chilled.

Snacks:

Pack your favorite snacks to keep you energized throughout the excursion. Whether it's a picnic-style meal or light bites, having snacks on hand adds to the enjoyment.

Towels:

Don't forget to bring towels for sunbathing, drying off after a swim, or simply for added comfort on the deck. We want you to relax and make the most of your time on Lake Havasu.

Additional Tips:

We provide 2 cases of bottled water, but having your preferred beverages ensures a personalized experience.

Consider bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to shield yourself from the sun. Dress comfortably in swimwear or casual clothing suitable for a day on the water.

Cameras or smartphones are recommended to capture the scenic beauty of Lake Havasu. Prepare for a day of sun, relaxation, and exploration as you make memories on the crystal-clear waters of Lake Havasu. We look forward to creating an unforgettable experience for you!

Is there a bathroom on board?

We understand that your experience on Lake Havasu is not just about the journey but also the amenities along the way. Here are some details to ensure your comfort during the Lake Havasu Standard Excursion:

Swimming and Enjoying the Scenery:

Like most boats on Lake Havasu, our vessel comes equipped with a ladder. Feel free to take a refreshing dip in the lake and make the most of your time on the water.

Local Bar or Restaurant Stops:

We're flexible and want to make your excursion tailored to your preferences. If there's a local bar or restaurant on the lake and nearby, we can make a stop for you to enjoy the local flavors and ambiance

Restroom Facilities:

Public bathrooms are available at all state campground sites on the lake, as well as in the Lake Havasu Channel and Pirate Cove Channel. We want to ensure your convenience throughout the journey.

Additional Notes:

If there are specific places you'd like to explore or if you have any preferences for stops along the way, feel free to communicate with our Captain or Crew. Whether it's a swim, a meal at a lakeside establishment, or a visit to a campground, we're here to make your Lake Havasu excursion enjoyable and memorable.

Can I bring my pet?

We understand that pets are a part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs on our Lake Havasu Standard Excursion. Here are the details of our pet policy:

Dog Policy:

Well-behaved dogs are allowed on board but must be on a leash when on shore, depending on the area and local ordinances.

 A $150 fee per dog will be assessed, with a maximum of 1 dog allowed.

Service Animals:

Recognized service animals that meet ADA requirements (excluding miniature horses due to their hooves) are welcome on board free of charge. Please refer to Arizona law for more information on what constitutes a service animal here.

Other Pets:

As a general rule, we do not allow other furry, scaly, or feathery friends on board. However, we understand that each situation is unique. If you have a special request, please send us a message, and we will consider each case individually.

The $150 fee applies to all approved pets. For all pets, you will be responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or facilities during the excursion.

Note:

We prioritize the safety and comfort of all passengers, including those with pets. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and be mindful of local regulations regarding leashes and pet conduct.

Can we smoke or Vape on Board?

To ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, we have implemented a smoking policy for our Lake Havasu Standard Excursion:

Onboard Prohibition:

Smoking and the use of smokeless tobacco are not allowed on the watercraft.

Designated Stop Areas:

While smoking is restricted on the watercraft, we understand that some guests may wish to smoke. Therefore, there will be designated stop areas where passengers can take a break and enjoy smoking.

Pack Out All Trash:

We kindly request that all passengers pack out their trash, including any waste products such as cigarette butts. Proper disposal of waste ensures the cleanliness of the environment and helps maintain the pristine beauty of Lake Havasu.

Note:

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our smoking policy. This policy is in place to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all passengers. Please adhere to the designated stop areas for smoking, and be mindful of the proper disposal of waste.

What is the capacity of the boats?

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, our Lake Havasu Standard Excursion adheres to strict guidelines set by the US Coast Guard and commercial insurance. Please take note of the following information:

Maximum Capacity:

The maximum capacity for the excursion is 6 guests, excluding the crew. This includes all passengers, whether adults or children.

Crew Exclusion:

The Captain (Driver and Deckhand) is excluded from the maximum capacity rule. The crew is dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers.

Important Safety Notes:

Please comply with the maximum capacity limit to ensure a secure and pleasant journey for everyone on board. Life jackets are provided for all passengers, and their usage is encouraged for additional safety.

Follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the Captain and crew to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable excursion.

Can we play our own music?

To enhance your Lake Havasu Standard Excursion experience, we've equipped our vessel with a Bluetooth stereo system for your enjoyment. Here's how you can make the most of it:

Bluetooth Stereo System:

Connect your devices to the onboard Bluetooth stereo and curate your playlist for the perfect soundtrack to your journey.

USB Power Cord:

Bring your USB power cord with you to ensure your devices stay charged throughout the excursion. With the USB charging port onboard, you can keep your devices powered up for capturing memories or staying connected.

Additional Tips:

Consider creating a playlist in advance to set the mood for your cruise. Bring your favourite music, whether it's upbeat tunes for a lively atmosphere or something more relaxing for a tranquil experience on the water.

Can I extend my cruise?

If you wish to extend your Lake Havasu Standard Excursion beyond the initially booked duration, we offer the possibility of an extended stay, subject to availability. Please note the following details:

Extended Stay Option:

If there is no other booking scheduled immediately after your reservation, you have the opportunity to extend your stay on the watercraft.

Additional Fee:

An additional fee applies for extending the duration of your excursion.

Important Considerations:

Extension is subject to availability, and it is recommended to check with the crew about the possibility of an extension.

The crew will inform you of the applicable additional fee for extending the excursion.

Note:

We want to accommodate your preferences whenever possible, and if an extension is desired, please communicate with the crew during the excursion to check availability and discuss the additional fee.

Do we need to provide a gratuity or tip to the crew?

To acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our captains, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to your cruise invoice. Our captains work diligently to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience on Lake Havasu.

Refund Policy for Prepaid Gratuity:

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service provided by the captain, please inform us promptly.

We are committed to addressing any concerns, and if there is a problem with your captain, we will refund any prepaid gratuity.

Your Satisfaction Matters:

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make sure you have a positive and enjoyable experience.

To enhance your Lake Havasu Standard Excursion, we offer flexible dining options to suit your preferences. Here are the details:

Stop at Several Restaurants:

We understand that part of the enjoyment is savouring local flavours. If there are restaurants on the lake and nearby, we can make stops during your trip, allowing you to explore and dine at your leisure.

Pre-Ordered Basic Lunch:

For added convenience, we also provide the option to pre-order a basic lunch for an additional fee. Simply let us know your preferences, and we'll take your order 24 hours prior to the trip.

Additional Information:

Whether you choose to stop at restaurants or opt for a pre-ordered lunch, we want to ensure that your culinary experience aligns with your expectations.

How to Order:

If you prefer the convenience of a pre-ordered lunch, kindly inform our team of your preferences 24 hours before the trip. We'll take care of the details and have your lunch ready for the excursion.

Is there a damage deposit?

Certainly! Here's the revised deposit information to include the additional detail:

Deposit Policy:

Your deposit for the Lake Havasu Standard Excursion is a crucial part of securing your reservation. Please review the following details:

Deposit Amount:

A deposit of $300.00 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Deposit Holding:

Your deposit will be held throughout the entire excursion.

Refund Conditions:

Assuming there is no passenger-caused damage to the vessel, your deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of the excursion.

Damage Charges:

Any damage that exceeds $300 will be charged to the card on file.

Note:

We prfioritize the safety of our passengers and the condition of our vessel. Any damages caused by passengers may result in a deduction from the deposit.

Can we take out the boat without a captain?

Rest assured, every Lake Havasu Standard Excursion comes with the expertise of one of our certified captains. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and our experienced captains are dedicated to ensuring a secure and memorable experience on the water.

What is your cancellation policy?

Normal Reservation (Non-Holiday):  Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before your reservation date to be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Holiday Reservation: Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the reservation date to qualify for a full refund of your deposit.

Inclement Weather (Rain or Winds exceeding 25 mph): If rain or winds in excess of 25 mph are forecasted, you may request a rescheduling or refund within 24 hours of your scheduled trip.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if weather conditions exceed our minimums, in which case, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
